🧠💕This week at NT Moms Tuesday Meetup 💕🧠
Back by popular demand! Join us for an especially important Tuesday Meetup with Dr. Bev, who will be talking to us about postpartum mental health.
💕From the emotional ups and downs of postpartum life to recognizing when you or someone you love may need a little extra support. We’ll have the chance to learn, ask questions and have an open conversation in a warm and supportive space.
📍When: 10 a.m. –12 p.m. @ St. Timothy’s. Drop-in anytime, our speaker will begin at 10:30 a.m.
👍Come as you are – messy buns and sweats are encouraged! Don’t forget to bring a blanket for your little one to hang out on.
🤷🏻♀️Go to the NT Mom’s Instagram and click on the ‘Tuesday’ story for more details on where to go when you arrive. If the door is locked, ring the doorbell and someone will let you in.
👏 We’ve had lots of positive feedback from NT moms about how valuable this guest speaker has been in the past. Come for coffee, yummy snacks and time to chat and connect with other moms.
What to Expect:
A drop-in morning to connect with other moms
Come as you are! People generally wear comfy clothes (ex: sweats/leggings)
Snacks & drinks provided
Bring a small blanket for your baby to lounge on
Laughter, conversation & the start of something special

Attendance will be managed using the Meetup App. Please RSVP before coming to the church.
In order to protect each other and our community, we ask that if you are not feeling well to please stay home.
Please enter the church via the entrance with the rainbow fence on Ridley Blvd. Go up the stairs to the first landing, turn right and we will be in The Henry Marsh Room (The Parlour).
Tuesday meetups are for full members but social members can also join for a $5 drop-in fee.
Strollers are not permitted inside of the church. Please park your stroller next to the entrance.
Please take off all wet/dirty footwear when you arrive and leave it in the coat rack area in the hallway before entering the meeting room.
Parking is available on Ridley Blvd. Please do not park in the church lot (the church has asked us not to park in the church lot).
