⭐ Guest speaker Michelle Cukier from Have Baby Must Sleep
🛌 Michelle is a Registered Social Worker, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, and mom of two. She’s passionate about helping families restore rest, manage stress, and find a new (and rested) normal.


💬 Learn tips and strategies for navigating baby & child sleep struggles and supporting your own well-being.

💫 Join us for practical advice and supportive conversation around sleep! 💫

A few other notes:

• Attendance will be managed using the Meetup App. Please RSVP before coming to the church.

• In order to protect each other and our community, we ask that if you are not feeling well to please stay home.

• Please enter the church via the entrance with the rainbow fence on Ridley Blvd. Go up the stairs to the first landing, turn right and we will be in The Henry Marsh Room (The Parlour).

• Tuesday meetups are for full members but social members can also join for a $5 drop-in fee.

• Strollers are not permitted inside of the church. Please park your stroller next to the entrance.

• Please take off all wet/dirty footwear when you arrive and leave it in the coat rack area in the hallway before entering the meeting room.

• Parking is available on Ridley Blvd. Please do not park in the church lot (the church has asked us not to park in the church lot).
