Come Join us at St. Timothy’s Church on Tuesday for a mom and baby fitness session with Mighty Mom.

·       Speaker:  Sara Melzi - Trainer with Mighty Mom™

·       Speaker Bio: Sara is a mother of 2 boys, gymnast, dancer and marathoner. She is from Italy and received her training as a 'Mamafit Instructor when she was on maternity leave with her first son was born. Since then she has pursued all her passions: motherhood, fitness and just feeling healthy and confident. She has been with Mighty Mom over the past year and loves to help moms feel strong and confident in their bodies!

·       Description:   Join us for a dynamic discussion with Mighty Mom about postpartum fitness, followed by a safe and effective workout that is actually challenging! Just because you are pregnant or postpartum, it doesn’t mean you can’t work up a sweat! Babies welcome. Please bring a mat that can go on the ground and comfortable clothing that you can move around in and a water bottle. Can't wait to see you soon!
