Pelvic health physiotherapist Louise Fonteyne will discuss healing timelines, some key symptoms to look out for, and when to consult a professional. This discussion will focus on all things postnatal recovery and how to get back to do the activities you love.

Speaker Bio: Louise Fonteyne is a registered pelvic health physiotherapist at ALPHA Health Services in Midtown Toronto. She graduated with her Masters in Physiotherapy from McGill University, and quickly pursued further education in pelvic health physiotherapy. Her pelvic practice in Toronto includes patients preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, presenting with chronic pelvic pain, as well as symptoms related to menopause. She also works with patients who have orthopedic injuries, and/or chronic pain.
