  • St Timothy's Anglican Church 100 Old Orchard Grove Toronto, ON, M5M 2E2 Canada (map)

Join us for a Postnatal Recovery Workout speaker series.

Congratulations, you’ve completed one of the most awesome things a human body can accomplish! Giving birth, whether it’s a natural or caesarian delivery, is like the Olympic Games of every sport combined and you just won the gold. But now that you’ve gotten one physical feat completed, how do you ensure your body recovers? Pelvic health physiotherapist Louise Fonteyne will discuss healing timelines, some key symptoms to look out for, and when to consult a professional. This discussion will focus on all things postnatal recovery and how to get back to do the activities you love.
