Prior to coming to the meeting
RSVP: We will be using meetup to control attendance at our meetings. The capacity limit at the church is 25 people. You must RSVP in advance. The event will be posted to meetup 8 days ahead of time . For our first indoor meeting on October 12th, the meetup invitation will be posted on Monday October 4th.
It will be important that we accurately track the number of attendees at each meeting. If your baby will be sitting in your lap, then they do not need to be counted as an additional guest. For those with older babies or toddlers, please add an additional guest when you RSVP.
We also ask that if you are unable to attend, you update your RSVP status, and give someone else a chance to attend.
Health Screening: You will need to complete a health screening form before coming to the church. The form is attached to this email. We will also send a copy after you RSVP to the meeting. Return it by email to ntmoms@gmail.com prior to coming to the church.
At the meeting
Where to go? - You will enter St. Timothy's church at the entrance with the rainbow fence on Ridley Blvd. Go up the stairs to the first landing. We will be in Soward Hall, which will be in front of you when you come up the stairs.
Masks - Masks must be worn by all moms while inside the church.
Vaccination - All attendees must be vaccinated in order to attend meetups at the church. Please ensure you bring a copy of your vaccination record (paper or on your phone) to your first indoor Tuesday meetup. We will not keep a copy, but will track that it has been checked.
Food and Drinks - No food or drinks will be permitted in the church at this time.
Other guidelines
Strollers are not permitted inside of the church. Please park your stroller next to the entrance.
Please take off all wet/dirty footwear when you arrive and leave it in the coat rack area in the hallway before entering the meeting room.
Parking is available on Ridley Blvd. Please do not park in the church lot.
