Ahuva will show you some of the most misconceptions parents have around feeding kids and how to address them to help improve your family's meal time experience.
Ahuva is a Registered Dietitian with a special focus on pediatric health, picky eating, healthy food introduction and management, and a passion for supporting families who live with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
During her time as a Clinical Research Dietitian at the Hospital for Sick Children, Ahuva developed and implemented clinic-wide protocols to improve patient care, conducted allergy specific research and counseled children and their families on the elimination of allergenic foods while maintaining a healthy diet to support growth. Ahuva currently supports various pediatric practices in the city including Kindercare Pediatrics, Midtown Pediatrics and ISAND. Ahuva works with children and their families to promote healthy eating, healthy growth and healthy food relationships and reduce meal time stress for parents.
Ahuva holds a Masters of Applied Nutrition from the University of Guelph and a Bachelors of Applied Nutrition with Honours from Ryerson University, and is a member of the College of Dietitian of Ontario, Dietitians of Canada, and Canadian Celiac Association.
