Relationship Communication Postpartum

This talk will focus on finding your joy as a new parent amidst the overwhelm. We will talk about what self-care really means for you postpartum, how to practise relentless self-compassion as a new parent and how to purposefully communicate with your partner and co-parent from Day 1.

Dr. Kristina Bosnar is a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and licensed Chiropractor who loves her job. In 2000, she started an integrative family care practice in Toronto, with a widely respected, specialized focus on pediatrics, as well as prenatal and postpartum recovery care. She believes that health manifests through a balance of nutrition, environment, community, spirituality and physical movement. Kathy Smith is a Health Coach. Kathy believes wellness is a journey and enjoys working with each client to co-create a unique roadmap that will put them on a path toward personal growth and optimal wellness. Kathy’s personal journey includes a cancer diagnosis and treatment. After going through chemotherapy and radiation, she sees how important it is to navigate toward feeling better physically and mentally no matter where one is on the wellness continuum.
