Reduce meltdowns, tantrums and anxiety?  What about yourself?  This week's speaker, Judy Reynolds, is a certified meditation instructor and mindfulness coach. She has studied with Dr Deepak Chopra and is in partnership with the Toronto District School Board bringing meditation and mindfulness to classrooms through her Monkey Mind training program.
