She works with a wide range of approaches and clients and is going to speak to our group about how to handle grief with your children.
Here is her bio:
As a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, I work with a wide range of approaches such as Emotional Bodywork, Dream Interpretation, Relaxation and Visualization, Myth, Narrative, Creative Art Expression, Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) and Focusing which enable a client to enter their individual process and gain a deeper sense of themselves. My approach is client-centered, respectful, confidential and empathic - this is the clients’ journey, to which I offer trained insight and guided exploration. In their exploration, the client gains new understanding of their past life patterns allowing them to grow and forge new life pathways. The therapeutic goal is for a client to enter into a life-long dialogue and awareness with themselves so that, after formal therapy has ended, they may continue to make healthy life choices.
I work with clients seeking to address depression, anxiety, eating disorders, addictions, trauma, employment and relationship challenges, parenting, stress and anger issues.
I am a mother of two children. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, gardening and great repartee!
