Sabra has been a personal trainer and fitness instructor since 2007. She co-owns and operates DS Fitness Studio with her husband Dan. Together they strive to accommodate and motivate all levels of fitness enthusiasts. As a mother of two, Sabra has a special interest in working with Pre and Post Natal women. She understands first hand how challenging it is to balance exercise, proper nutrition, and sleep while working and being a dedicated mom. The Mom and Baby circuit class at DS Fitness is an opportunity for Mom and Baby to connect through exercise in a fun nurturing and supportive environment.
