Catherine Cowan is the founder of The Holistic Way, a yoga teacher, mindfulness guru, healer, coach, optimist and mama to 3 children (plus a dog). She will joing us to speak to us about the value of mindfulness and how it can help us adjust to the changes that motherhood brings, including self-identity, relationships and our bodies.
