TURNING YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY CHAOS INTO KEEPSAKE YEARBOOKS YOUR KIDS WILL TREASURE- EMILY D PHOTOGRAPHY
I’m Emily. A Toronto-based portrait photographer who spends a great deal of time capturing families and businesses.
When I photograph families, they often tell me that my images are the only images that will ever make it into print – because they’re simply too overwhelmed by the volume and backlog of their personal photos to do anything with them. Luckily, I'm in the same boat. I'm a Mom to two small kids and have an iphone at the ready for alllllllllllllll of those sweet moments.
Back in our parents’ day, photographs were taken sparingly and treated carefully, because they were expensive to produce. But now, we take SO many photos of our kids… with zero plan for what to do with them. So they end up in an ever-growing online abyss – and nobody gets to enjoy them.
What I know is that it’s not as hard as you think it is to make sense of your photos and use them to create meaningful keepsake albums for your children. So I’m going to teach you how to do it – whether you’ve got a newborn, or a 10 year-old and a decade worth of photos to tackle.
During our session I will bring lots of book examples and a handy guide that will allow you to make your books at home. I"ll discuss ways to cull your images and help you cut to the chase and finally get those books made and printed once and for all.
