Meg MacPherson Morine, MOMS member, mom of three and owner of Phit Physiotherapy will lead an interactive discussion on postpartum fitness / rehabilitation.

Meg MacPherson Morine is the owner of Phit Physiotherapy. She has the highest qualification as an orthopaedic physiotherapist, neurofunctional acupuncturist and Pilates instructor. She focused her career on Sports Medicine rehabilitation, specifically working with endurance athletes - being a triathlete and marathon runner herself. However, she was completely humbled by the experience of becoming a mother. Having three children in less than two years, she was blown away by the toll it took on her body and the incredible rehabilitation experience to follow. The lack of support and proper information about the process was shocking and she took it on as a personal mission to spread the word about functional recovery following pregnancy and delivery. She feels passionate about women's health, especially getting new moms back to activity safely and effectively. 

Meg loves connecting with other Moms and creating a supportive environment for all women to feel empowered to regain connection and control of their bodies. She looks forward to chatting with you and answering all of your postpartum questions!
