September 15
Wecome Back Social -- Join us for our 1st meeting this year to
register, learn about North Toronto MOMS and chat over coffee and
treats.

September 22
Clubs/Activity Sign-up Social -- Learn about MOMS Clubs,
Playgroups and Activities you can sign-up for while enjoying coffee
and treats.

September 29
Speaker: Tracey Haug, Imagination Nation Travels
After seven years of international travel around the world, Tracey
Haug, developed a passion and deep appreciation of culture and the
liveliness that inspires people to move and grow. A traveler at heart,
Tracey struggled with the challenges of settling at home, which led to
the launch of her company, that focuses on exploring what Toronto
has to offer. Tracey will be telling us about herself and how she
started her business, about some interesting and unusual parts of
Toronto's history, and about some great places to visit in our city.

October 6
Speaker: Terry Carson, Parenting Coach
A professionally trained and certified coach, Terry has been featured
in publications such as Today's Parent, The Toronto Star, and
Canadian Living to name a few. She will be speaking to us on the
topic of favouritism and sibling rivalry - a session not to be missed.

October 13
Speaker: Denise Wild, The Sewing Studio
Denise Wild is the owner of the the Sewing Studio on Avenue Road.
She will guide us through a fun and funky beginner sewing project.
This fantastic small business started in September of 2004 when
Denise taught her some of her friends to sew and then her friends'
friends. And so began The Sewing Studio.

October 20
Speaker: Lianne Webb, Sprout Right Nutritionist
Lianne Webb is a nutritionist who specializes in baby and toddler
nutrition. Her company, "Sprout Right", helps moms who are looking
to establish or maintain a healthy, nutritionally balanced lifestyle for
themselves, their baby or toddler.

October 27
Speaker: Brenda Jasmin, Mothers on Fire
Brenda will reprise her visit from the spring and speak with our moms
about finding her inner passion and how to better achieve a balanced
life as a mother and a woman.

November 3
Speaker: Lisa Williams, Stylist
Lisa is a renowned T.V., media and personal stylist. She is returning
to speak with the moms about hot fashion trends for the winter,
holiday glamour dos and don'ts and how to carve out a style that is
all your own.

November 10
Speaker: Jeremy Greer, Professional Organizer
Too many toys and too little house? Ever wonder how the people
from the 1950's who owned the house years before survived with
only two closets? As much as you want to toss every piece of
Thomas's beloved Sodor Island, the reality is there must be a way for
everything to exist harmoniously in your home. Jeremy Greer,
professional organizer extra-ordinare is here to provide us with many
tips on how to clear out the clutter and implement an organizational
system that actually works!

November 24
Speaker: John Levy, Mastermind Toys
Want it! Need it! Have to have it! It is that time of the year again.
John Levy from Mastermind Toys is here to tell us what are the must
have toys for the holiday season.

December 1
Speaker: Deborah Meek, Workharmony
Deborah Meek from Workharmony will speak about how to balance
career/baby and the possibility of staying at home for a few years
while working. She will talk about making sure you balance options
(empowerment) and consider solutions outside-the-box to manage
both.

December 8
Speaker: Kim Tanzer, Yoga Studio at The Yorkville Club
Kim Tanzer is a Yoga instructor from "The Yoga Studio at the
Yorkville Club". She will guide us through an easy yoga practice so
please wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one or a
towel.

December 15
Speaker: Secrets From Your Sister Bra Fitting Boutique
Jennifer or Erin will come in to talk to us about proper bra fitting as
well as nursing bra options, lingerie care and holiday surprises.
This will be the last Tuesday meeting for the 'fall'.

We will resume regular Tuesday meetings on January 5th 2010.
